Shipping

  • The Sage Edit is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical delays, or unforeseen service disruptions.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address information, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Order Processing

  • Please note that all custom hats are made to order. Processing may take 3-4 weeks before shipping. You will receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.



Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
